Even though we’re your Day-of Coordinators, our support begins long before the wedding day itself.
Getting to know you is at the heart of what we do. It's essential for us to deeply understand your personalities, values, and the unique vision you have for your big day.
We’ll meet with you 8-10 weeks before your wedding to go over the timeline, vendor details, and any logistics. We review the plans you’ve made, offer suggestions, and discuss how we can best support you.

The first step is to conduct a venue walkthrough with you to understand the flow of the event, the layout, and the logistical needs.
We confirm all the vendors (florists, photographers, caterers, etc.) and their arrival/departure times to ensure everyone is on the same page.
We create a comprehensive wedding day timeline to cover every moment, from getting ready to the last dance. This includes ceremony cues, vendor schedules, and key transitions during the day.
We lead your wedding rehearsal to ensure that the ceremony flows seamlessly. We guide the wedding party through their roles and help with the processional and recessional.
